3-month rental: $3300
6-12 month rental: $3000

Fees:
Upon signing a lease, tenants are asked for a $500 refundable deposit.
If you are traveling with pets, please submit a $200 non-refundable deposit.
Added to the last month of your stay, tenants will pay a $100 cleaning fee.
Secure parking is available for no additional costs.

House Rules and Expectations:
No smoking or vaping of any kind.
Please observe building quiet hours, from 10pm - 6am.
Please report all damage within 24 hours.
Dispose of cooking oil in the trash.
Please only flush toilet paper. No flushable items, paper towels, or feminine products.
