This spacious, open-plan home on Bend's prestigious Aubrey Butte has magnificent views of five Cascade mountains: the Three Sisters, Broken Top and Mt Bachelor - which is only a quick 23 miles away!

Bend is an exceptional mecca for outdoor oriented activities, including not only skiing at the internationally renowned Mount Bachelor ski resort, but it also boasts multiple trails for mountain biking, gravel-bike riding and hiking on trails that criss-cross the Cascade range, including the Pacific Crest Trail. Water-sports abound on the multitude of close-by Cascade lakes and rivers such as canoeing, kayaking, sailing and paddle-boarding. River-rafting thrives on the Rogue, the John-Day and many other rivers near-by.
