3 month minimum stay. We rented a short-term home when we were searching to buy THIS home to live in. We were disappointed because it looked great online, but was spider infested, had broken furniture, not enough pans to actually cook a meal with, the theater room didn't work, etc. We purchased this home to LIVE in, not to rent out, and furnished it with luxury items, not the cheapest items you can find. When we were unexpectedly relocated for work, we decided to rent it out as a short term furnished rental. Our personal experience taught us what a family appreciates and needs in a furnished rental. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we did. If you love it enough that you don't want to ever leave, we can disuss that too.

The master suite in the home has a king bed, a massive smart television with Dish Network, and a master bath that feels like a spa. It comes with a soaking tub, towel warmer, walk-in closet, double vanity, and separate throne room.

The other bedrooms in this furnished corporate rental are just as impressive. One room comes with a queen bed and has remote-controlled colored lights along the ceiling, as well as a smart TV. The double or full room has a smart TV, while the twin room is great for kids and comes with a small television and DVD player.

The main level of the home has an open living room concept so everyone feels included, even the chef of the group. The kitchen has tons of cabinets, granite countertops, an eat-in table and bar, and everything else you could need. The living room has a loveseat and sofa, a fireplace, and a TV with a soundbar. This level also includes a dining room, bathroom, and office.
