Rent will be assessed on a monthly basis. Rent includes utilities (i.e. electric, water, trash, and internet). The base rent will go up depending on number of people staying in the home. We will consider a discount for prolonged stays.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. Also, there is a storage shed on the property that the guests will not be able to access. We ask the Guests to park in the drive way or on the street in front of the home.
