As a note, this property is a fit for extended vacations or those who may want a temporary change in scenery as they work from home. The property is not intended to be listed as a primary residence. Silver Pines is a centrally located South Lake Tahoe house, within close proximity to the beach, the lake, downtown, and ski lifts at Heavenly. Regan Beach is less than 2 miles away. Great restaurants and Casinos are less than 4 miles away.

Once inside the front door and up the stairs, take in the details in every direction. This particular developer is known for his slight industrial design additions which won't be missed as you step foot into the expansive living room. The living room has plush seating options placed in front of a gorgeous stone fireplace and mounted Smart TV to watch your favorite Hulu and Netflix specials. Light the fireplace to set a cozy ambiance and curl up on the couch with a good book or turn on a movie.

Stainless steel appliances and an oversized range make this kitchen ideal for large groups and holidays. There is a slow cooker, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and much more for your use.

Step outside into the crisp mountain air and fire up the BBQ. Down below is a covered deck that holds a private hot tub. If any of your guests have gone missing, they are likely out here taking a dip. After a soak in the hot tub, a washer and dryer are inside for any swimsuits.

The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King bed, small sitting area, Smart TV, walk-out to the balcony, and attached bathroom for privacy. The master bathroom calls for a peaceful morning with a soaker bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The first and second guest bedrooms both similarly hold King beds. The last guest bedroom is ideal for housing the kids with two custom-built sets of Twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have a Smart TV so don't fight over the remote!

Guests will have access to park 1 car in the garage and 2 in the driveway but no street parking is allowed.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
